Metro Istanbul Competes With World Metros
Dear passangers,
The Customer Satisfaction Survey, organized annually by COMET, an international metro operations benchmark organization or aka Community of Metros, measures the satisfaction levels of world metros in the cities they serve.
COMET measures the performance of member metro operators throughout the year using data collected directly from the metros. The customer satisfaction level of each metro operator is scored by asking their own passengers. Istanbul's metros are also evaluated by Istanbul residents. In this survey, where we obtained the highest satisfaction score with the votes you gave in the last two years, we aim to maintain our position by increasing our score with your votes again this year.
We enhance the quality of the services we offer to you by utilizing the results of this survey conducted simultaneously in leading cities worldwide, including Istanbul.
The survey is completed in an average of 3-5 minutes. Surveys completed in less than 90 seconds are considered invalid for system security reasons. The information and answers you provide while completing the survey will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
